          PVB intermediate film production line

              PVB glass interlayer film production line is our company's latest design concept, with reference to the production characteristics of pvb interlayer film, designed and produced professional equipment. Since 2012, the company has produced 2800mm, 3550mm, 4200mm and other PVB intermediate film production lines with a maximum output of 800kg/H and a thickness of 0.38-1.5mm. The production line has the following characteristics:

              At present, there are two main methods for the production of PVB interlayer film, one is the over-roll method and the other is the water-pass method. The over-roll method is to produce a film by casting two rolls or three rolls (with a light roll and a pattern roll). The over-roll method has low investment, the technology is relatively mature, and the equipment is relatively easy to operate. The water-passing method is a process that is generally believed to produce a film with better whiteness and a more uniform pattern. It uses a water tank to cool the characterization instead of a roller, and then removes water, thickness, oven, cooling, separator composite, and traction. Finally, the volume is collected. Because the over-water method has more advantages than the over-roll method, it is used by more and more manufacturers. The following points in the production process of the water-passing method require special attention:

          The design of the water tank. The size and quantity of the water tank are also directly related to the speed output of the production line, ensuring that the temperature of the water tank is uniform and the water circulation does not cause fluctuations, which is the most important.

          The shape and design of the air volume and air knife. If too much water stays for a long time, it will affect the film quality. Nowadays, 4 air knives are widely used, and the number of air knives is sufficient. The key lies in the design, selection and position of the air knives.

          The oven is heated and cooled. In order to increase production and ensure high-speed production of the production line, our company has unique insights and designs in the oven, heating and cooling sections. The oven plays the role of removing the excess moisture of the film, and more importantly, it removes the internal stress. The internal stress in the film can be completely removed, which can effectively prevent the film from shrinking during the high temperature bonding with the glass. The amount of control is better.

          Electrical control. As a high-end application product, the specifications of the film are very high, and only highly intelligent automatic control can meet the requirements of high-quality products. Among them, the pressure of the extruder is self-adjusting, and the tension control of the winding is more important.
